Flottes de Combat 2002 (French equivalent to Jane's) presents a photo of Antigua & Barbuda Coastguard vessel "Liberta. it flies a White Ensign 2:3, with red St George cross, and National Flag in canton.
Armand Noel du Payrat, 24 July 2002

Is there no fimbriation between cross and canton? The flags looks a little bit strange.
Jan Zrzavy, 24 July 2002

From that small photo, I would say no fimbriation.
Armand Noel du Payrat, 24 July 2002

In corr. 3 (2003) of Album des Pavillons [pay03], I have presented AG Coast Guard Ensign, classified as ---/-S-.
Armand Noel du Payrat, 24 June 2003

The Coast Guard are probably not part of the Navy, which does not seem to exist. Encyclopaedia Universalis Yearbook says that the armed forces in Antigua and Barbuda are 100 men member of the Eastern Caribbean joint defense system.
