Description

The New South Wales Ambulance Service flies a white ensign with the service badge in the fly as their official flag.
[Soure: flag obtained from NSWAS]
Clay Moss, 24 Mar 2005

According to Malcolm Farrow's Colours of the Fleet [frr9X] the flag was authorised 9th October 1984.

Usage of the flag

I can confirm that the NSW Ambulance Service flag is indeed in current use. The only ambulance base that I can specifically recall driving past is the air ambulance base at Mascot Airport, where the flag is always in use, as the sole flag. I think I have seen it other ambulance bases, but can't recall.
