Zovik is nowdays part of the Brcko District (the one nither in
the Federation nor in Srpska). If I am not much mistaken Zovik
was proclaimed separate community and was administered as such at
one time, as a part of Croatian held teritories, but with the
Dayton agreement and latter resolution of the Brcko District
issue, it remained integral part of the unique administrative
unit of Brcko. And as such, there should not be any flag for it -
I suppose this flag is the flag of the short-lived community,
part of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, or alternatively,
it may be the flag of the Roman-Catholic parish of the same name
(and presumably the same teritory).
