ones.
The colour plate is conveniently reprinted in Zanmierowski
[zna99] on page 97.
Numbers below are from the plate in Number is the number of the figure in National Geographic Magazine and the name are the appropriate US counterparts, since the plate shows different naval flags in comparison with US system.

This is probably the same flag as the one currently used for
members of the government (only now it
is square). It would be one of the ministers that would be
counterpart of the US Secretary of the Navy.
