Presentation

The October 1917 issue of National Geographic Magazine [gmc17] shows p. 347, figures 532 through 540, a set of naval flags different from the current ones.
The colour plate is conveniently reprinted in Zanmierowski [zna99] on page 97.

Numbers below are from the plate in Number is the number of the figure in National Geographic Magazine and the name are the appropriate US counterparts, since the plate shows different naval flags in comparison with US system.
