About the Flag(s) of Teixeira

I've found two similar but not identical flags for this municipality. One, apparently official, is a horizontal tricolor, blue-white-green, with the municipal coat of arms on the center, the name of the municipality and a white star on the upper stripe, and the name of the state on the lower. This flag was designed by Agamenon Rodrigues and adopted in 1989.
