White flag with large local badge on it (I'm not sure whether the badge is used somewhere else besides the flag). This badge is roughly circular and displays centrally a moose against a landscape of green forest, white river and mountain skylight, and golden setting sun, all above the lettering "Fort McPherson Hamlet", in black sans capitals (face: Optima). A golden scroll arched above all reads "Tetlit'Zheh" in red sans capitals, and a second scroll, bellow, reads <> in white sans capitals on red.

Fort McPherson, with a population of 878 (as of 1996), is also known as Teet'lit Zhen (meaning "at the head of the waters" -- alternative spelling on the flag?) and is located at 67°26'N lat. and 134°53'W long., on the east bank of the Peel River. Local languages are Gwich'in and English, and the community belongs to the electoral district of Mackenzie-Delta and to land claim area of Gwich'in.
