There is information and image of the flag of Pacora city, Caldas
department:
"Adoptase como bandera para el Municipio de Pa'cora, la
compuesta por los colores verde, blanco y amarillo.
El verde: simboliza la esperanza y el progreso del
municipio
El Blanco: el ancestro de nuestro pueblo Pacoreno
El amarillo: Simboliza las riquezas en el suelo de nuestra
región."

Same flag apears at Gaceta de Banderas 15, "Simbolos

I must stress that this source is a poor indicator of the
actual proportions of the municipal flags. Some flags are just
annexed to the CoA's in a square proportion. Two of these flags
were presented previously to the list in a 2:1 proportion.
Many of these flags could be such. I think it will be wise
to place a note that indicates that the true proportions of these
flags could be 2:1 also.
