Zlínský kraj flag

This is the updated flag of Zlin region, the changes comparing to the first image I sent being the eagle (should be the same as in the Czech CoA), the cross (smaller) and the axes and plough knife (different shapes).

The flags of Central Bohemian, South Bohemian (and Zlin) Regions are finally approved by all relevant councils, assemblies and committees. At present, they will only be officially *granted* by the chairman of the House of Representatives.

And some symbolics: the eagle stands for Moravia, the star for the city of Zlin. The book with the patriarchal cross represents the early medieval (9th century) kingdom of Great Moravia as a source of Christian literacy and education. The complicated emblem in the 3rd field mirrors that the Zlin Region is formed by (parts of) three traditional regions: Wallachia (the mountainous eastern part - the axes), part of Moravian Slovakia (southern part - the grapes - the rest of MS is in South Moravian Region),
and Hana (western part - the plough - the rest is in Olomouc Region).
