A photo of the flag of Hukvaldy is at this

spikes, as in the CoA at the homepage. Hukvaldy is closely associated with
the Czech composer Leoą Janáček, who was born here 3 July 1854, hence the
lyre on the flag. The flag was adopted 15 Jul 1993

The fox is a reference to Janáček's opera "Příhody Liąky Bystrouąky",
the Cunning Little Vixen.
