Český Těšín city flag

The Český Těšín Town flag is rectagular shaped. The flag field is compouned of three horizontal equal stripes - red (over) yellow (over) blue in this order. The ratio is 2:3.
The town colors are red, yellow , blue.
The original pictures of the CoA and of the Flag are kept in the District Record Office of Karviná and on the Civic – Administrative Department (of the City Council).

The Český Těšín Town Coat of Arms is: azure a castle argent. The castle has a low pedestal, crenellated wall with the gate between two towers, all build of argent ashlars (stones). The Gate is open, voided sable, with Doors Or nailed of Iron,and with Portcullis Or pulled up. The round towers, each with three windows in upper store, with embattlement and with high cone shaped red roof, topped with golden ball. In the base of the shield are greenish Olše - river waves.
