Velký Třebešov municipality flag

Velký Třebešov is a municipality in Nachod district, in the Hradec Kralové region of Czechia. No mention in the VexLex, and on this webpage no adoption date is named - however I would be very much surprised if the CoA and flag on that site were disapproved; the site doesn't mention the designer.
CoA: divided in two fields; left three equally wide bars of white and black; on the first bar a red rose with yellow leaves; right on blue a white stork with red beak and feet, and black wingtips.
Flag: two equally wide vertical stripes; at the hoist three horizontal stripes of white and black, proportioned 2:1:1; in the center of the top stripe a red rose with yellow leaves; the fly is blue with a white stork with red beak and feet and black wingtips.
