Hodslavice is a municipality in Novy Jicin district, Moravosilesian region in Eastern Czechia. The flag is depicted in Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (1998); Flag adopted 19 May 1998.
The CoA is at this website: blue with a golden deer over a silver open book; in chief a chessboard of 2x8 silver and red fields.
The flag consists of three vertical stripes of red - blue - white, proportioned 1:3:1; on blue a yellow deer.
