Olbramice is in Novy Jicin district, Moravosilesian region in Eastern Czechia. The flag is depicted in Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (2002); Flag adopted 9 Apr 2002. The CoA is at this website: vertically divided
green - red with in the center a yellow fleur-de-lis lad holding a plough-iron and a knife.
The flag is vertically divided green - red, proportioned 1:2; on the separation line the same yellow fleur-de-lis lad (is there a good term for him?)
