These slanted lines are remarkable, what were the good people of Nezabudice thinking of?

Probably more to the point: what was the flag-designer thinking of?
There is only one place named Nezabudice, and it's got two URL's: this one and that one.
Both have a CoA: per fess I. azure two baked loafs or II. argent a St. Lawrence grill noir.
In the explanation the river Berounka is named, which flows in a north-eastern direction near Nezabudice. Northeast from Nezabudice is the huge fortress of Křivoklát, at least it was one of the mightiest fortresses in Bohemia in the Middle Ages. My interpretation of the many black lines: a "translation" of the grill (St. Vavřince is the patron saint of the local church) into many lines following the Berounka to Křivoklát (and Prague).
Of course I might be completely wrong on this account!
