Rakovník city flag

[flag of Rakovník] by Blas Delgado Ortiz, 19 Jul 2001, after image by Petr Exner.

Rakovník (German: Rakonitz) is a town 60 km west of Prague with 17.000 inhabitants.

Are there fresh water lobsters in Czechia? The image in the CoA is not symmetrical in the legs and mouths position, so I rendered them as they appear in it.
Blas Delgado Ortiz, 19 Jul 2001

Not lobsters but crayfish. BTW, "rak" (in "Rakovnik") = "crayfish" in Czech.
Jan Zrzavy, 19 Jul 2001

Now I see it. We call them "langostino" (trans: little lobster) down here, because they are very big compared with common
river crayfish.
