Rokycany Town: The flag : vertically red and white, near the hoist the square - shaped emblem of the arms -A Wall masoned (not embattled) Argent, two turrets embattled also Argent, each with port and 4 small windows in two rows (or one window divided  by cross ) In the centre of the emblem the (gotic) escutcheon: Sable a Fess Or (Archdioecese of Prague), surmounted
by the Bust (without hands) of an Bishop vested Argent, mitred Or.
The Banner of the Town is also in use (like the flag vertically, the emblem turned  -  90 degrees). Flag adopted 32 Nov 1995.
