At this webpage (see "Z oslav 770. vyroci mesta") we can find the flag of the town of Kynsperk nad Ohri (Karlovy Vary Region). Because the town COA is identical to that of Bohemia (red shield with a silver two-tailed crowned lion), it is evident that the flag is red with a white Bohemian lion near the hoist. In the fly, there are probably two (?) white triangles based on the fly margin of the flag and reaching the vertical midline of it. Moreover, Kynsperk nad Ohri is listed among Czech municipalities that have obtained the flags on the Parliament web page.
However, there is no vexillological info available at present and all the above description is derived only from the photo.
