Staré Město (Old Town) is now a suburb of Uherske Hradiste in SE Czechia. It is in the district of Uherske Hradiste. Description: great Moravian rotond behind the palissade of yellow pales. Cross on top of the roof is also yellow. This is the flag I saw flying there.
