The Flag of Uherské Hradiště city is simply blue over red (like the one of Liechtenstein), without any symbol.

The modern flag of Uherske Hradiste was granted by the resolution of the chairman of the Parliament of the Czech Republic No.10/1993 from 15.7.1993. The oficial text is: The flag is formed by two horizotal stripes - blue over red. Its ratio of width to length is 2:3.

This is the historical flag of Uherske Hradiste  The text (my translation):

[1] The city flag used in the times of the Oesterreich-Ungarn Empire has two horizontal stripes, blue and red. In the centre is the CoA of Uherske Hradiste. This flag is not used now.
