Varnsdorf is in north Bohemia, near Dresden (Germany), with 17.000 inhabitants. It forms part of one long town consisting of Rumburk (cz), Seifhennersdorf (de), Varnsdorf (cz) and Groszschoenau (de). The flag on the Varnsdorf website reminds me of the flags of East Turkistan.
