- Hvìzdlice, Vy¹kov district, South Moravian region - flag adopted 4 Jun
1998.
In Vy¹kov district there is a village (former market town) called Hvìzdlice
(once two communities, known as Staré Hvìzdlice and Nové Hvìzdlice. "Hvìzda"
is "Star" in Czech, no wonder that arms of united community are "Azure
a six - pointed Star Or". The flag is (almost) armorial banner, but the
star is in hoist, not in the center. Simplicity is beautiful. Sometimes.
