The town Slavkov u Brna has as its symbol a Heraldic creature -  upper parts of its body are parts of Imperial an Moravian Eagles, the lower part is part of Bohemian Lion. The town has nohing to do with Silesia and there is no crown in its Arms. The CoA is at this page, a bit small, but definitely uncrowned.
