This is an anarcho-syndicalist trade union. They use a flag of red over black per bend sinister with the white inscription "FAU" and their logo. The logo shows a white circle with a white cat. The cat seems to be a widespread symbol of anarcho-syndicalists. Source: FAU website. Source: author's own observation, 1st May 2002 demonstration in Munich.

I guess that FAU is the local branch of CNT. The same kind of flags with the cat and CNT instead of FAU are used in France by Confédération Nationale des Travailleurs, at least on street stickers. It seems that during street demonstrations, flags are mostly black and red without any charge.
