Flag for commodore that does not apear any more in Album 2000 (is it defunct?), but in [pie90] is given for Commodore and for Commander of an Independent Division - blue, swallow-tailed with a white star. The same is given for Commodore in [gmc17].

That rank does not appear anymore in "Ceremonial Maritimo, Armada del Ecuador" which I received on 10.02.1999 from Ec. Navy

The Flaggenbuch (1939-41) [neu92] section dedicated to Ecuador doesn't show it .
