Kullamaa is a rural municipality (vald) in Laanemaa County (Maakond).

Kullamaa vald - Adopted 16 June, 1995. The two specially formed crosses refer to two ancient places Kullamaa and Koluvere. The golden and green colors and the golden coin refer to the name of municipality. In Estonian kuld is gold, maa is land. Kullamaa is land of gold. The land has also brought wealth (gold) to the people.
