While browsing the May 2001 issues of the DOGC (Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya or official bulletin of the Catalan autonomous government), I found the municipal proposal (a previous step before approval) of the flag of Corçà (Girona province) in this webpage [broken link]:
Apaïsada, de proporcions dos d'alt per tres d'ample, groga, amb un cor vermell al centre, d'alçària dues terceres parts de la del drap i d'amplària quatre novenes parts de la del drap.I believe this means a yellow flag of proportions 2:3 with in the middle a red heart, its height 2/3rds that of the flag and its width 4/9ths that of the flag.
