Description

Diagonally divided from bottom hoist to top fly, green top hoist and yellow bottom fly with on the canton two yellow spoons placed in saltire inscribed in an imaginary square as wide as half the flag's height and separated from the angle [meaning from the top and bottom sides] by 1/18 [of the flag's height]. Ratio 2:3.

The flag is almost a banner of the arms (blazoned Vert two spoons in saltire Or). The large spoons (llosses) are traditional canting arms. Flag adopted 3rd November 1995.
