I used the coat-of-arms pointed to above as clipart and the flag image as (rough) proportions guide. The coat-of-arms, without the scroll reading "Cercedilla", is located in the center of the white portion of the flag, which is approx. 3/4th of the flags length, at the fly. In the hoist, a black vertical stripe occupies the first 1/4th, and is charged with seven narrow triangles (approx. h=2b) pointing up, set 1+2+1+2+1. Assumed ratio was 1:2 and the coat-of-arms height is approx. 6/11th of the flag's height.
