The flag of the Calatayud Municipality, a bicolor of blue | white, charged in the center with a simplified version of the municipal coat of arms, 1/3 of the hoist high. The coat of arms is yellow | red with a knight over all in natural colors on a stone floor; under it a white counter chief with black upper case letters AUGUSTA BILBILIS, the Roman name of Calatayud. In the flag, the knight is black and white on white, there's no floor and the inscription is in chief. The five pointed golden open royal crown above the shield was taken from the [old, pre-1988] City of Madrid flag. I couldn't measure it, but seems that the proportions are the usual 2:3.
