This is the flag of the Kingdom of
Zaamunda of which Eddie Murphy is prince in the film “Coming to
America" that has been called “A prince in New York" in Venezuela. It
seem to consist of a horizontal bicolor black over green with a lion
rampant
superposed on a flaming sun, all in golden yellow.
The flag is shown
prominently
when the king (played by James Earl Jones) arrives in New York City
where
Eddie and his "chaperone" (played by Arsenio Hall) have traveled.

The flag is bicolor horizontal black ( upper) and green with a stylized lion ( like a Scottish Royal Flag ) with a moon and a shinning sun at its feet.
