Presentation of the city

Digne is a city of c. 16,000 inhabitants, préfecture of the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Digne is located on the river Bléone, on the bottom of the Préalpes de Digne mountains. Digne is the main center of lavender production in France.
