Presentation of INSEP

INSEP (Institut National des Sports et de l'Education Physique) is a government body supervized by the Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports (Ministry of Sport). INSEP was founded in 1945. Its duty is to help sportsmen of international level to reconcile intense training with higher studies. INSEP can house 1,000 sportsmen selected by their respective federations.

INSEP has a 34-ha campus located in the Bois de Vincennes, which is administratively part of the XIIth arrondissement (district) of Paris (and not of Vincennes, whatever its name could indicate).

Flag of INSEP

The flag of INSEP is white with the logotype in the middle. The logotype of INSEP shows a blue archer aiming at a gate resembling the Arc de Triomphe of Paris. INSEP is written in blue below the archer. A red band with Institut National du Sport in white is placed below INSEP.

A photography of the flag can be seen on the website of the municipality of Vincennes. The logotype of INSEP is available on the website of INSEP.
