A Breton yacht club

[Unidentified burgee]by Ivan Sache

Triangular flag with a black cross shifted to the hoist. A black laurel crown in first quarter and a black ermine spot in the third quarter.

This flag is for sure the burgee of a Breton yacht club or regional association, as shown by the black cross and the ermine spot.

A Breton flag

[Unidentified flag]by Ivan Sache

According to Ar Banniel [arb] #12, Summer 2000, this flag was hoisted over a fishing boat during the Tall Ships Festival of Porzh Bec'h (Cornwall, Brittany). A picture of the boat can be seen in the review Ar Men #113 (July 2000).

The flag is white with a black saltire and an ermine spot in each quarter. Ar Banniel reported this flag as unidentified.
