While Crystal Palace FC does not have an official flag, the CP Supporters'
Club tells me that two unofficial flags are often seen at club matches. One of
them features the club crest in a white square positioned in the center of a
rectangle divided vertically red and blue, while the other consists of a series
of red and blue vertical stripes (there doesn't seem to be a fixed number of
stripes in each color) with the club crest again in a white square and centered
in the rectangle. The red and blue flag with the white square looks as if it
might somehow have been influenced by the Haitian flag, although in the Haitian
example the division is horizontal rather than vertical. The design of the crest
within the white square does seem to have been taken from the Haitians, however.
The Crystal Palace club crest can be found at

The number of stripes does not appear to be fixed.
