Everton FC ('the Toffees') is a Premiership club in Liverpool. The club has two flags, the first of which can be
seen here. The second version of the flag is far more common. It is the same shade
of blue as the first flag (known locally as 'Everton Blue'), but the
design consists of the elements within the shield displayed
independently in white. I have seen versions with the lighthouse in
the center and the horseshoes at the top on either side, with the
lighthouse at the hoist and the horseshoes at the top of the fly,
and several other arrangements. I am not sure which is the
definitive version, if any - it seems to be a case of 'you pays yer
money and yer takes yer choice.'

Speaking with former President of the Everton Supporters Club, he has two
Everton flags which he showed me: one is the 'Canadian Pale' in a very bright
blue with the Everton crest in the center of the white stripe. The second flag
is the same shade of bright blue throughout, with the Martello Tower which is
the Everton team symbol in ultramarine at the hoist and the horseshoes in the
same color at the fly. He also has two flag/rugs, one for each flag design,
which he purchased about five years ago. They are both the same width as the
flags, but the length is different, the one with the 'Canadian Pale' is about 18
inches longer than the flag, while the other is two feet (24 inches) longer.
