There are some flag related things in this city site, starting

with CoAs of Ogulin (this is a city some70 km SW of Zagreb) and

The flag that is apparently used is different from the
description of the ceremonial flag in the Decision, which reads:
"Red flag with the coat of arms of the City of Ogulin in
canton. To the right of the coat of arms is a silver fort with
two simetrical towers. To the left and right of the fort are the
images of golden oak and linden branches. Above the fort is
silver shape of Klek. The inscription 'Grad Ogulin' in
golden letters is above the Klek shape. The flag is fringed with
gold."

The coat of arms of the City of Ogulin is Gules, two bars
Argent. In chief a mullet Or, in base a latin cross Or. The star
originates from the family coat of arms of Frankopans, who owned
the fort among other their possesions. Mount Klek is certainly a
characteristic shape for the region, while oak and linden are
important elements of old Croatian symbolic, even from
pre-christian era.
