Overview

The city of Novigrad - Cittanova (both Croatian and Italian names are in use as the two city is bilingual) is set some 60 km. north-west of Pula, at the mouth of the Mirna river into the Adriatic. The city uses it's historical coat of arms: argent a saltire gules.
It is in frequent use, including the official site at <www.novigrad-cittanova.com>, however, I have not found any hint that it had been officially aodpted, and therefore no flag to match it either.
