Overview

I have an image of the coat of arms but no flag. However, knowing the practice (law) of the Croatian local flags, it would only be needed to put that image on one-coloured rectangle to get the flag, once we find what the background colour should be (I'll bet it's blue...)
Gornji Bogic/evci - A small community near Okucani (which are also small place, but rather well known since there are important crossroads there) in Brodsko-Posavska County.
The coat of arms is Gules, issuing from a Stump Or a sapling with two leaves of the same, in chief a Dove volant Argent wings displayed nimbed Or with cross Sable voided.
The coat of arms probably originates from late 1990's, teh stump with sapling representing probably the new development of the community after the destruction in war. The white nimbed dove is symbol of the Holy Ghost.
The flag is most probably rectangle of one colour, with the coat of arms in the middle.
The image of the coat of arms is made according to the image on the poster of the Croatian Union "Sport for All" on 6th Croatian Festival of the Sport Recreation on country, 8 May 2000, Gornji Bogicevci.
