The coat of arms might have been adopted around 1999, as it is
shown on Opcina Popovaca site <www.popovaca.hr> on 2
December 2002. In blue shield on a green hill a red church with
white portal and belfry. On the doors the escutcheon of Erdödy
(azure a deer issuant from a wheel) encyrcled with grapes and
leaves.
This coat of arms might be based on some historical pattern, and
if it is adopted then surely there is a flag to go with it, but
at the moment I have no other info.

The coat of arms is of the Pálffy family, lords of Bratislava
(or Pressburg (german) or Poszony (hungarian); it is now also the
emblem of Bratislava region, on which
page Ales Krizan and István Molnár provide more info; the
emblem is also used for the Pálffy Museum in Vienna, see <www.palais-palffy.at>.

In the mean time I got info from Tomislav ipek personal
observation on both "normal" and the Vertical
Flag. The flag is white with the coat of arms in the middle.
The vertical flag is used as the ceremonial flag. It is white
with five square tails in the base and is bordered all around
with a thin golden border (with fringe?).
