Overview

The coat of arms is Azure, on a tripple Mount Vert a Crescent Argent and a Mullet Or. The flag is light blue with the coat of arms in the middle. The photo shows the vertical flag, with noticeable small coat of arms, hoisted beside the flags of Croatia and the County. Horizontal flag is shown here with coat of arms of larger size, but without confirmation. The crescent is reported with the facial lines drown on it, too, but the photo does not allow the quality to reproduce those. Until 1997 Ludbreg had the status of a community. There is a legend regarding Ludbreg to be the center of the world, as there are several European capitals that are situated on concentric circles around Ludbreg. Adopted: around 1995 (?).
Population: 8,400 (Zemljopisni atlas Republike Hrvatske", Školska knjiga, Zagreb 1993).

The decision describes the Coat of Arms and flag, the procedures and occasions for using them are described, it is determined how the grant for use is to be given and so on as usual with Croatian decisions of this type.
The description of the flag does not mention that the Coat of Arms in the middle is bordered yellow. As  have personally seen in
