The Hungarian law #CXLV, "On Sport", adopted on 19
December 2000, has some provisiosn regarding the use of the
national symbols and the ban of totalitarian symbols.
Chapter VII. The sport federations
Article 25. The legal status of the federations [...]
(5) A federation shall be entitled to use the word
"Hungarian" in its name; as well as using the shield
and the flag of the Republic of Hungary.

I guess those banned symbols are those refered to in Banned flags of nazi inspiration in
Hungary: "the swastika, SS symbol, arrow cross,
hammer-and-sickle, five-armed red star".
