L'Album des Pavillons (2000) pictures a blue version of the yacht ensign, a blue ensign with the national flag in the canton and a club badge in lower fly (shown just as dashed circle in L'Album). A note explains that the club badge is there, of course. Some clubs have also been granted a white ensign.
