Description

The Movement for Quality Government in Israel is a NGO that works for the strengthening of a political culture, based on democratic values, the rule of law, sound public administration, integrity and quality of government. In one of their publications in the media, I found the supposed flag of the movement, scan here. As usual in Israel it is just a logo-on-bedsheet.
