There are 208 nations affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de Basket-ball, founded in July of 1932 on the 18th. There flag is a white background with the logo in blue. The flag was adopted on the date of foundation.
I note that the flag itself claimst to be 'FIBA' - I assume this therefore is a federation of basketball associations?

I believe that the FIBA is the Federation Internationale de Basketball Amateur (sic).
