The Gonfalone

Today, in a Spanish TV report, I saw an interview with the communist mayor of Reggio Calabria.. Next to the mayor was the "gonfalon" of the city: red with blue golden crowned shield (I don't know what was within the blue) and the words "Citta' di Reggio Calabria" in the upper part
