The County Flag
The County flag portrays the spiritual, historical, and cultural factors of
Muan. The flag means Harvest from fertile ground and autonomy. Its shape comes
from the name The square from the first letter and the circle from the last
letter
- The Dark yellow square represents the yellow soil, the source of life
here.
- The Circle (in the center of the flag) represents the Community and its
color Blue symbolizes the activities of Muan County through the shape of the
rising sun.
- The Blue wave (in the lower part of the flag) represents "The Western
Sea" and The Yeongsan River:. It symbolizes the direction and energy.
- The Green leaves represents the clean surroundings of Muan.
