The flag includes the first consonant of new Muan (new Muan), to mean human being.

The central characters are the first consonant of (mu) to mean firm and strong having the same length of 4 lines. It also includes the first consonant of an (an) to mean a peaceful and cooperative spirit protecting securely.

3. the left, right and below part represent the development and searching for something new.

4. In general , the characters represent Muan county people, who protect Muan county cooperatively with the spirit of diligence, cooperation, creativity and independence moving forward for the future.
