Blazon: Argent, on a fess Gules, a cross couped Or. The image at the Maltese Government page calls Siggiewi Città Ferdinand, and I assume this must have been the arms of a Grand Master of the Order of Malta of this name. Correct spelling of Siggiewi is with a dot over each "g".
