A while back, António Teixeira sent to Lusovex a logo and wrote:
Here is the logo of the Instituto Superior de Ciencias e Tecnologia
de Moçambique, or ISCTEM, a private institution of superior teaching located
in Maputo. I can say that I've already seen the emblem being used in the
institute's flag, centered on a white flag. The emblem can be seen at this
website. The portuguese meaning of ISCTEM can be translated as Superior
Institute of Sciences and Technology of Mozambique. And finally, the GIF
is the result of my resizing of the emblem António sent and placing it
into a white canvas.
